Alright, it looks like I still have at least five takers. I'll get things back on track and try to have the next round ready sometime on Wednesday.

Anyway, it's big push time for your sets. The last of your notes have been gathered and organized. Development on your sets is coming along fine, but now it is time to get out ahead of things and get the first wave of art descriptions in the mail to the artists that will make some pretty art for your cards. The Dev Team has given you a small sample of some cards they know are going to get made one way or another to be part of the first wave. Take those basic card outlines and paint a pretty word picture for each so an artist can mold that into some fantastic art.
Tevish Szat
Card 1: A Large Incarnation. Card 2: A or [/mc]G[/mc] Satyr with Unleash. Card 3: A "nightmare themed" discard sorcery. Card 4: A Tapir that will have the Eternal Kingdom watermark and likely Monstrous. Card 5: An Epic spell that centers on token creation.
Barinellos
Card 1: A direct damage Surge spell. Card 2: A legendary creature with Absorb 3. Card 3: A land from the Edgelands that produces all mana colors but also has vanishing. Card 4: A Imp. Card 5: A Treefolk that makes saproling tokens.
Huey Nomure
Card 1: A Cat with Explore. Card 2: A medium Evasive Chimera Card 3: A "demon themed" Hideaway enchantment. Card 4: A "Domri themed" Act of Treason variant. Card 5: A fog effect that may or may not end up being a creature so having a creature in the art is important.
Shockwave07
Card 1: A defensive combat trick with replicate. Card 2: A Crab Card 3: A Demon with Morph to nostalgia pair with Exalted Angel. Card 4: A Hyena with Morph. Card 5: A Giant Growth variant that does not involve a squirrel.[/c]
preadatordetector
Card 1: A Aven sailor. Card 2: A "Homorid themed" bounce spell. Card 3: A "Aven themed" removal spell. Card 4: A spell that makes a golem token. Card 5: A Nantuko that is also a Naturalize effect.
Location: Just inside the Hekma, the forcefield barrier that encloses the entire city-state
Action: Show a scene that illustrates what it's like to be just inside the Hekma forcefield. The forcefield shimmers with magic, but the barrier itself is otherwise invisible. Sand dunes from the desert wastes beyond are piled up against the barrier, and a horde of desiccated mummies bump against it, mindlessly drawn by hunger. On this side of the barrier, the city-state is lush and calm.
Focus: The shimmering Hekma barrier is the most important element here.
Mood: Contrast of danger outside and safety inside.
This is the art that description generated:

Joined: Oct 19, 2015 Posts: 992 Location: Homestuck rehab center
Identity: Inertially male
Preferred Pronoun Set: he/him
Card 1: A Cat with Explore
Location: Woods, day. Scene: A rugged lynx keeps watch while a team of lumberjacks work; on the border of the art there may be hints of wild creatures lurking. Focus: ...the lynx? (I'm not sure how to give useful info here) Mood: Quiet vigilance.
Card 2: A medium Evasive Chimera
Location: the upper half of several tall buildings, blurred by speed. Scene: The Chimera has a cheetah's body, a greyhound's head, swift's wings (a case could be made to make them bat wings instead, but birds are more -related) and its seahorse tail is holding an elegant scroll; it's fleeing from an Angel and having a lot of fun in the process. Focus: The Chimera has the spotlight, and the Angel is the only other element which is not blurred due to the ridiculous speed.
Card 3: A "demon themed" Hideaway enchantment
Location: Night - a demolished city block filled with bodies and debris. Scene: There is no living creature left on the battlefield; smoke, mangles bodies, half-destroyed buildings and several fires are arranged to appear like a grinning demon, in an ominous and grisly optic illusion. Mood: Contrast between the battlefield's desolation and the demon's grin.
Card 4: A "Domri themed" Act of Treason variant
Location: A battlefield filled with debris and smoke. Scene: Domri laughs in the middle of the battle, standing behind a whirlwind of blood and fury as an Angel mows down a squadron of city guards. On Domri's body intricate red and green lines glow softly, representing his control over the leylines. Focus: Domri and the Angel are both important, but giving the Angel the spotlight would increase the art-spell bond. Mood: The scene is split between Domri's smug glee and the Angel's mindless rage.
Card 5: A maybe-creature fog effect
Location: A dim-lighted alley or corridor, whose contours are indistinct. Scene: A large treefolk is faced/surrounded by enemies who are equipped for infiltration or all-out war; the treefolk is breathing out large clouds of pollen (?), and the enemies are quickly losing their will to fight. (the closest foes's arms hang limply along their sides, the center of the group is struggling to keep their weapons up...) Focus: The effect of the pollen: the point of view is being influenced by the pollen as well, making their vision blurry and soft-colored. Mood: the pollen forces tranquility; the colors and lighting may be soothing, but there is something creepy about the scene.
Saltstream Loyalist Setting: Large world covered entirely in water Color: W; slight hint of B Location: Sitting on top of the surface, on the deck of a trawler. (trawler is a type of boat) Action: Show a scene of a seagull-like aven dressed in sailor's attire. It is pulling a large heavy rope keeping the ship's sail in place. The creature is on a deck that has rusted rails, covered in bird feces. The trawler itself is flying the Oxidus flag, but it's faded to almost white. On the ship itself there's a metallic device that is meant to pull up relics from irradiated water. Focus: The aven, controlling the ship's sails. Mood: A gloomy concotion between Waterworld's themes without most of the violence.
Riftwor Curvethread Setting: Large world covered entirely in water Color: U; nears purples but avoids dark colors Location: Under the sea, close to the sea floor and coral reefs. Action: A homarid (crab-person) is burying a diver underneath the violet sands that define the Riftwor Atolls. As the diver is slowly being sucked into the sand, the homarid is pulling a length of kelp, which presumably runs from the creature's claw, underneath some kind of pivot, and then wrapping around the diver's legs. The diver is reasonably scared and flailing about trying to escape, but it's futile. Focus: The focus of the viewer should be divided cleanly between the homarid and her victim. Mood: Anyone that played Fatal Push should be able to feel similarities with it and this art.
Corrosive Ink Setting: Large world covered entirely in water Color: B; monotone indigo lighting Location: in a deep brine pool with large coral structures overhead. Action: Aptenodix aven are unlike most bird-people in MtG. They are penguin-like in appearance and have the ability to spray jets of ink at enemies. An Oxidus scout is unlucky enough to be assaulted this way and the aven itself has supplemented their ink with poison capsules. The result is that the armor the human is wearing clearly corrodes and the life systems are failing, emitting blue light. The aven swims into the distance looking like a tube of blubber wriggling away like a worm. Focus: The ink cloud and the victim. Mood: Confusion and fear.
Figurine Forerunner Setting: Large world entirely covered in water Color: R; lots of greys with reddish lighting Location: A large human-built underwater shelter Action: The Oxidus have created golems that still serve them today, and help them with numerous tasks that humans cannot take on by themselves. However, with the loss of most of the knowledge needed to keep those golems in shape, this creature is worn down and old. These golems, contrasted with the heavy, bulky suits that humans normally don, are slender and sleek, like an elongated brass doll. Present two of these golems, one smaller but closer than the other, and three merfolk reeling in shock as they try to scramble away from the reactivating robots. Focus: The golem. Mood: Surprise and shock.
Relic Sealer Setting: Large world entirely covered in water Color: G; hints of B Location: Kelp forest Action: Ecdyte nantuko are peculiar on this plane because that like the humans they aren't truly able to breathe underwater. They instead survive off of oxygen supplies created by a certain species of kelp. Because of their biology and their reliance on the plant they want their farms free of debris or radioactive waste. They have a specialized team made to contain hazardous waste, which is depicted here. This nantuko has an extremely long shovel that can double as a spear, and is burying a relic with white sand, contrasting with the black rocks surrounding it. It is covered, especially around its face, in a kelp-like armor. Focus: The insect-person Mood: Caution
White: A Aven sailor. (oxidus aven that is probably scavenging for enchantments/artifacts) Blue : A "Homorid themed" bounce spell. (riftwor creature, not instant/sorcery) Black: A "Aven themed" removal spell. (aptenodix penguin aven that spews ink from its butthole) Red : A spell that makes a golem token. (faction neutral) Green: A Nantuko that is also a Naturalize effect. (ecdyte kelp themed)
"Incarnation of Hours" Color: Blue Creature Location: Inside an Oineronaut base Action: Several researchers face a creature that appears to be an animate grandfather clock seen through a kaleidoscope. Its limbs (perhaps hour and minute hands forming them) cause rippling distortions in the universe around it Focus: The clock-being Mood: Awe of the being's influence, both admiration and concern
Unleash Satyr
When did Unleash get added to the set?! We had Monstrous, Champion, and Epic last I checked. I'm going to assume you meant Monstrous since it's the "buff" mechanic in the proper colors for a satyr
"Jadefire Reveler" Color: Green Creature Location: Carnival Sideshow, interior and on stage. Action: To the fearful wonder of a crowd, a satyr juggles batons lit at each end with green fire. The smoke and flames form the image of a monstrous, giant goatman behind, above, and somewhat obscuring the performing satyr Focus: The overlap of the Satyr and the Smoke Image. Mood: Fearful entertainment
Nightmare Themed Discard Sorcery
"Awaken to Nightmare" Color: Black Spell Location: A bedroom or tent interior for a small encampment Action: A young woman sits bolt-upright in bed, holding her face and screaming in blind terror. From her head (or to it) come trails of smoke that form the image of a monster's clawed hand. Above that, the smoke seems to solidify into a 'real' nightmarish creature (something like Mindwarper -- note the clawed hand) Focus: the victim's horrified face. Mood: Stark terror
Eternal Kingdom Tapir
"Imperial Dreameater" Color: Green Creature Location: Deep in Eternal Kingdom forests Action: A gigantic tapir with horns formed of black smoke noses at a stricken angel, laying on the ground with a blank expression. The angel is dissolving into smoke at the edges, especially where the Tapir touches her, and the Tapir seems to be greedily inhaling the smoke Focus: the Tapir's feast of smoke Mood: Despair; something of light and beauty is being destroyed forever.
White Epic Token Maker
"Heartforge Designs" Color: White Spell Location: the front wall of a dwarven hold Action: A crowd of dwarves, possibly with a few other Heartforge individuals, are gathered together. Around them, out of gleaming golden light and white smoke, an army of illusory dwarves is taken in form. Some of the soldiers seem to be solidifying into 'real people' Focus: the forming army of smoke and light Mood: Triumphant, the creation seems to be a celebratory act, or an act worth celebrating.

I'd have to see if I can still find the spreadsheet at this point since it has been dead for so long, but I think it was like...two?
