Other graveborn permanents you control have indestructible. (Zombies, creatures with deathtouch, and cards that returned to the battlefield from a graveyard this turn are graveborn.)

Actually batching is a perfect way to group together the undead:

Kill
Sorcery
Destroy target creature that's not undead. (Skeletons, Zombies, Vampires, Spirits are undead.)

Feed Off the Weak
Sorcery (R)
For each weakling in the game, draw a card and lose 1 life. (Each player with a life total 10 or less, each planeswalker with loyalty counters on it less than its starting total, and each creature with toughness 1 or less is a weakling.)

I think batching things together should be a bit more obvious.

Stroll Through the Woods
Sorcery (U)
Look at the top five cards of your library. You may a reveal a tree-like card from them and put it in your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library. (Forests, treefolk, and plants are tree-like.)

Dollar in the Woods
Sorcery (C)
Reveal the top four cards of your library. For each Forest card revealed this way, create a Gold artifact token with "Sacrifice this artifact: Add 1 mana of any color to your mana pool." Put the revealed cards on top or on the bottom of your library in any order.

Here's one: there needs to be a batching term that encompasses both the graveyard and exile

Just based on terms from other games "Exhausted" makes me think tapped ("refresh" being untap). How about "lost"?
