I haven't been able to come up with a satisfactory card for the general.

I'll probably make threads for all of them and post according to where inspiration strikes, I just haven't made a naming scheme for the threads. I don't actually want to call them "I'm making another commander deck, maybe", "This could be another commander deck I'm making, maybe" and "One more commander deck, maybe."
I might disappoint you since WBG is the one I am less excited about making cards for currently.

It's going to be interesting that you chose to NOT have either of the Izzet colors (i.e. the two best spell colors) for Terminus.

Those wre the main colors for entwine though, and all three have a history of choose effects. Also theres a lot of neat decision cards to be made with black.

If by "main colors", you mean "had one more card". There were 4 blue Entwine spells (partly because so much space in blue was taken up by supporting affinity), and 5 of each of the other colors.

I guess the real beef I have with this is green, which isn't much of an instants-and-sorceries color. One thing Mown could do is shift this to Jeskai and make a new Abzan card (death Panharmonicon?). Or, if you want black splashed, make it Grixis. Or maybe this is what we'll get for the general when the four-color commanders come out in a few weeks (BTW, why hasn't anything been spoiled from that yet?)

Or maybe it will make sense when I find out what Mown is supporting it with.

Green is the the bounty color though, and its" abilities and spells ",not just spells.

I don't take card submissions, even if they're bad enough that I wouldn't consider them regardless.
I'm keeping the modal card in BWG because that color is mind-numbingly boring, so at least if I cram a lot of flexible cards in there my analysis paralysis might keep me awake. And WRU is going to have either a punisher or vote-centric mechanic, I'm just not entirely sure what yet, and how the general will support the playstyle.
