Problematic Visions -
Enchantment
Opponents play with the top card of their library revealed.
At the beginning of your upkeep, for each white card revealed this way, tap target permanent. For each blue card, draw a card. For each black card, target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn. For each red card, Problematic Visions deals 2 damage to target player. For each green card, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
