Enchantment
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, flip a coin for each non-bear creature he or she controls. If the creature's controller loses the flip, it phases out.

A Good Day to Die
Enchantment
At the end of the declare blockers step, roll a six sided die. Creatures you control get +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the die roll.

SIX SIDED? Oh pshaw!

I've been meaning to submit this for awhile, and now here's my chance

Icosahedral Command
Sorcery (R)
Roll a 20-sided die
On a roll of:
20-You win the game
19-Destroy all permanents you don't control
18-Search your library for a creature or planeswalker card and put it onto the battlefield. It gains haste. Then shuffle your library.
17-You gain 17 life
16-Take an extra turn after this one
15-Icosahedral Command deals 4 damage to target creature and 4 damage to that creature's controller
14-Cast an instant or sorcery card from your hand without paying its mana cost
13-Exile target creature
12-Put a 3/3 green Beast creature token onto the battlefield
11-Roll the dice again
10-Target player puts the top 10 cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard
9-Search your library for a basic land card and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library.
8-Draw a card
7-Destroy target enchantment
6-Icosahedral Command has no effect
5-Tap target permanent you control
4-Discard a card
3-Sacrifice a creature
2-Icosahedral Command deals 7 damage to you
1-You lose the game

I almost want to push Icosahedral Command from earlier into Criteria 5, since it wasn't included in the April 1 vote because I'd also submitted Tonald Drump on that day.

Weird Knight -
Creature - Weird | U
At the beginning of combat, roll a six-sided die. If you're the attacking player, Weird Knight gets +X/+0 until end of turn. If you're the defending player, Weird Knight gets +0/+X until end of turn. X is the number you rolled.
You think you're having a weird night?

Chaoticist's Tower
[Land] (M)
, roll a die onto Chaoticist's tower: If the die landed on Chaoticist's tower without knocking any dice off of it, stack it on top of all dice already on Chaoticist's tower, then add to your mana pool for each die in that stack. Otherwise, remove all dice from Chaoticist's tower.
Luck and skill are not so different, to the trained eye

Goblin Gatling Gun
:3:
Artifact
:t:: Choose any number target creatures and roll six-sided dice, one at a time, until you roll any duplicates or choose to stop. If you chose to stop, Goblin Gatling Gun deals damage to the targets equal to the sum of all die rolls, divided as you choose. If you rolled a duplicate, Goblin Gatling Gun deals damage equal to the duplicate rolled to you instead. (for instance, if you roll 1-3-5-6, you will divide 15 damage among all targets. If you roll 1-3-5-3, you will be dealt 3 damage)

Sorry about getting the voting threads up slowly, they'll be up soon.

Round 6: Make a card that references magic culture in some way. I.e. the Timmy and Johnny cards in paper un sets. Richard Garfield card, etc.

Grizzly Bears -
Creature - Bear C
2/2

Explanation: In magic culture, a "bear" is a 2/2 creature, usually with a mana cost of 1C, this is a bear that is also a bear, thus demonstrating multiple layers of metahumor.
