Multicolor probably isn't M so it doesn't get mixed up wth the M for Mythic. Even if they are in different positions, you don't want to use the same symbol twice.

MB01:

Lih-Tok, Keeper of Tombs
Legendary Enchantment Creature ─ God (M)
Indestructible
As long as your devotion to black is less than five, Lih-Tok, Keeper of Tombs isn't a creature.
Whenever a creature dies put a +1/+1 counter on Lih-Tok, Keeper of Tombs.
Lih-Tok, Keeper of Tombs' power and toughness are each equal to the number of creature cards in all graveyards.
Exile a creature card from a graveyard: Regenerate target creature.

Religion Of Lih-Tok

CR01-Creature:

Sandwalker Nomad
Creature ─ Human Nomad (C)
Plainswalk, protection from red
2/1
The sun and the sand watch our backs.

I think we should decide on keywords and mechanical direction before actually designing anything.

Stuff like that will sort of form itself organically. Keywords aren't necessary, but might become a larger part of the process, at which point I'll delegate some spots for cards featuring them.

I have a question. How does the third rare slot for each colour work? It seems odd to have to choose between using your creature design on, say slot 77 (rare creature) and not getting a shot with that design at slot 79 (rare creature on noncreature). Somebody could submit an inferior creature to slot 79 and get the slot despite you having a better card for it. It turns this from a card design competition into a weird guessing game where you guess which slots will get worse entries.
I propose that the third slot be reserved for the highest scoring runner up between the first two slots.

77. RU01-Creature
Undying Imitator
Creature - Shapeshifter Wizard
You may have ~ enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield except it gains undying. (When it dies, if it had no +1/+1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a +1/+1 counter on it.)
3/3
Think of it as flattery
Having it work out of the graveyard might end up being more on theme, but until then this has better play value.

81. RB02-Non-creature
Purge The Weak
Enchantment
At the end of your turn, each creature with the lowest converted mana cost gets -1/-1 until end of turn.
"Only the strong are permitted the honor of serving me." - Hotak, Tomb-Priest Eternal
Original in case this gets graded before I make my change

I'm running with devotion.

#CA01
Divine Idol --
Artifact Creature - Golem
Defender
As long as your devotion to any color is 4 or more, ~ loses defender and gains vigilance.
Outside any temple or shrine, a sandstone guardian slumbers patiently until summoned by their deity.
3/3

#CA02
Celestial Astrolabe --
Artifact
Your devotion to each color is increased by 1.
: Add to your mana pool.
And in the Heavens, the stars traced the visage of the Divine, and their movements, and their stories.

Celestial Astrolobe could say "~ is all colors", for what it's worth.

UB03

Mummify :1::b:
Instant

Destroy target creature. Its controller puts a 2/2 black Zombie creature token onto the battlefield tapped.

CR05

Burning Papyrus :2::r:
Sorcery

Choose a color.
~ deals damage to target player equal to his or her devotion to the chosen color.

Nothing burns brighter than the fires of faith.

Slightly reflavored (?) to fit the theme.

Wouldn't it then contribute 2 to devotion since it costs 2? I always though devotion simply counted mana symbols in costs?

@SilentTwin
You're right, my bad.
In that case it wouldn't contribute anything since the mana costs are still colorless.

I propose that Mata_Hari's hoard mechanic be in the set. It's one of the few mechanics that I've seen around here that I actually thought was "not crap", so here goes:

CG02:
Riverbank Planter :2::g:
Creature - Human
When ~ enters the battlefield, hoard 2
You may play land cards from your hoard
2/2

UU02
Royal Embalmer :3::u:
Creature - Human Wizard
When ~ dies, you may put target creature into its owner's hoard.
2/2

Also, it's illuminate, which, well... wasn't particularly liked as a mechanic in the GDS 2, though considered fine as the occasional card. I don't particularly mind it, but it's something to think about.

I said this in the thread. When you have heaps of developers and designers ragging on a mechanic, don't do it.

How (mechanically speaking, flavor-wise it's obviously balance in the universe; although with all the pain and death this would represent, Isfet would probably fit better then Ma'at) is Mass life loss + Mass Sacrifice a white thing?

Because Balance is white.
Though the card as is is pretty awful in that it currently reads "If another permanent is sent to the graveyard, sacrifice stuff in increasing numbers until the owner decides/is forced to sack Ma'at."
