Are the two criteria going to be voted on separately?

1) Make a common red Viashino.

2) Make a common red card that costs at least five mana.

Hmm. I was thinking of the Ravnica Viashino, which are more barbaric. The Urza's saga ones were more cultured. I do like that better, but it requires more work. Feel free to suggest something better.

Is it the replacement effect? I didn't want it to be too easy to cheat them into play with blink effects, given that you even get to untap when doing so.
