Whenever an instant or sorcery spell you control resolves, exile it. If you do, look at the top X cards of your library where X is the converted mana cost of that spell. You may reveal an instant or sorcery card from among them and add it to your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.

:t:: ~'s mana cost becomes the same as target nonland permanent. (This includes colored mana and affects its converted mana cost.)
When ~ leaves the battlefield, draw a card if it had the highest converted mana cost among permanents.

Cim had yet to find a problem that more tape couldn't solve.

When a source you don't control puts the last chosen permanent into your graveyard, reveal that it was, and each opponent sacrifices a permanent that shares a type with it.

Honestly not sure what the right colors for this are. It's justifiable in some combination of red, black, and white.

Enchantment - Saga
I - Put a divinity counter on target permanent. It's indestructible for as long as it has a divinity counter on it.
II - Spirit creatures you control gain ":t:: This creature fights target non-spirit creature" and non-spirit creatures you control gain ":t:: this creature fights target spirit" until your next turn
III - For the rest of the game, you can't cast spells. You get an emblem with "You have no maximum hand size" and "At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 1/1 colorless spirit creature token for each card in your hand"
