Exile up to X target permanents you control, then put up to X permanent cards from your hand onto the battlefield. At end of turn return each permanent that entered the battlefield this way to your hand, then return each card exiled this way to the battlefield.

While casting a spell, you may have an opponent choose the spell's targets or choose the spell's modes, if applicable. (Instead of doing it yourself. If there are both modes and targets to be chosen, you can only let an opponent handle one, not both.) If you do, draw a card and gain 5 life.

brb imma read up on rules because presumably by the time you cast a spell you've already chosen targets and modes so I need to reword that

how do I word this to work with CR 601.4 feel free to tell me

At the beginning of each opponents upkeep that player may have you draw a card. If they do, creatures you control can't attack that player on your next turn.
It can get pretty rough around here, but it don't have ta if you know what I mean.

When ~ enters the battlefield, each player takes out their phone if able and sets it to maximum volume, then each player selects a song and sets it to play on repeat.
Players can't cast spells unless they can announce it over the noise.
We wanted to add an ability that let you destroy target phone but the legal department said we couldn't.

What? Silver bordered? Why would this need a silver bordered?

At the beginning of each end step, enchanted creature's controller sacrifices it.
When enchanted creature dies, return it to the battlefield tapped under its owner's control. At the beginning of the next upkeep, return Suffer a Thousand Deaths to the battlefield attached to that creature.

I want to call it overcosted, but something that costs you 12 to cast should be game-breaking.

But 1000??? Dang it.
