Preferred Pronoun Set: he/him/his/his/himself
Force Into Silence
Sorcery (U)
Look at an opponent's hand. Pin a nonland card from it. (Exile it as a pinned card. When a player has no cards in their hand, they return all pinned cards they own into their hand.)

Bueraucratic Obstruction
Instant (C)
Pin a target creature. (Exile it as a pinned card. When a player has no cards in their hand, they return all pinned cards they own into their hand.)

Furious Rager of Wrath
Creature - Hound (R)
Haste
This creature attacks each combat, if able.
Whenever this creature deals damage to a player, pin a random card in that player's hand. (Exile it as a pinned card. When a player has no cards in their hand, they return all pinned cards they own into their hand.)
2/2

Force into Silence seems undercosted compared to Brain Maggot/Mesmeric Fiend/Tidehollow Sculler, but it isnt a body and doesnt have the same pseudo-Castigate tricks those three have.

Bueracratic Obstruction seems overcosted and overcolored compared to Journey to Nowhere; 1W should be viable even with the instant typing.

Furious Rager of Wrath feels very off color, unless Red gets Hypnotic Specter effects now. In fact, for a red usage of this effect, I was honestly expect the following:

Improvise
Sorcery
Pin your hand, then draw that many cards.

Also, a wish:

Desperate Wish
Sorcery
Pin a card you own from outside the game.
He wished for resolution, but not the patience to wait for it.

Edit: As for the effect, very neat; I actually think this has a lot of design space potential.

I think I'd like it better if you returned a card, and only like once during your turn, so your effort wasn't invalidated as easily.

Didn't even think about this keyword being used positively, huh.

The idea with Rager is that it, in typical Red fashion, can't stop pinning enemy cards, so from some point it is just helping the opponent to gain them back. It's not discard, more of a temporary inconvenience. Also, while red doens't get random discard, it totally should.

Honestly, while I like efficient answers in the format, Journey to Nowhere seems a bit too strong to me.
