Alright, but we reserve the right to call you a "chuffer" and not explain what it means.

chuffed
adjective BRITISH informal
very pleased.
"I'm dead chuffed to have won"

That word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Grats to Q on winning this dojo! My head is spinning from all these stories. You all did very good jobs and frankly it is hard to properly rank them. Feel free to ask me about up to one of your submissions.

Good night!

I reserve the right to say I'm chuffed and have it mean whatever the hell I want it to mean

I'm surprised I got in second! I wasn't very proud of my submission. I thought it was kind of redundant how everything cost the same. But in retrospect, it kind of went well with the theme. was like a mantra, 4/4 a recurring theme, drawing cards the enlightened reward.

Congrats to Q! :king:

I'd like to ask for your full comments on "Demise" if that;s not too much trouble

Of course I'd love some critique on all the cards. To be honest, I thought Dojo was my best submission. It tells a perfect story through its mechanics. There's a Monastery, at which there's a Monk who fights better when drunk - aka; Drunken Master. If the intent was to tell a story, then I think Lost/Found was the best out of my three, because the story is the best on its own; there's a girl who inherits a small trinket after the sad death of her uncle, and that trinket ends up being the key to winning the final battle against evil. I actually think Burial Mounds may be the best land card I've ever designed. It tells an entire story in a single sad, and simple, card.

Come to think of it, Johnny, could I get your feedback on my Tempest submission? I know my other submissions weren't great. I'd like to hear from you what put Tempest at the top.

A quick comment would be nice, JV.

Plus, many of these deserve to be COTW.

No need for comments, I just wanted to say thanks for running it. I know how time consuming judging a contest can be, especially one with this many high quality entries. It is appreciated.

I like them contextually, but wouldn't nominate any single design.
