When ~ enters the battlefield, each other creature you control deals 1 damage to it. If it dies this phase, creatures you control gain vigilance until end of turn and get +1/+2 until end of turn.
The less said about this, the better. I'm sorry I gave in.

Whenever another non-Spirit creature you control dies, exile it. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on Pursuer of Redemption.
Whenever Pursuer of Redemption deals combat damage to a player, you may remove a +1/+1 counter from it. If you do, return a creature card exiled with Pursuer of Redemption to the battlefield. That creature becomes a Spirit in addition to its other types.
