As an additional cost to cast Nerf, sacrifice a creature with power 3 or greater.
Create three 1/1 red Goblin creature tokens with haste.

Considered "converted mana cost 3 or greater," but I love the way this interacts with the two mana 3/1s in aggressive decks too much. You swing team, they make blocks, you sacrifice the blocked 3/1 and get three Goblins out of the deal.
