Whoah, just realized nemesis of mortals wasn't in the deck. Cut piper or viper's kiss for it. Actually, cut them both and put in commune with the gods too.

DECKLIST:
1x Abhorrent Overlord
1x Asphodel Wanderer
1x Blood-Toll Harpy
1x Coastline Chimera
1x Disciple of Phenax
1x Elspeth, Sun's Champion
1x Griptide
1x Lash of the Whip
1x Medomai the Ageless
1x Mnemonic Wall
1x Nimbus Naiad
1x Returned Centaur
1x Viper's Kiss
1x Voyage's End
2x Sea God's Revenge
2x Pharika's Cure
2x Thassa's Bounty
3x Gray Merchant of Asphodel

1x Unknown Shores
2x Plains
6x Island
9x Swamp

Basically we survive the early game with Viper's Kiss/Pharika's Cure/Griptide/Voyage's End/Lash of the Whip, transition into 4 and 5 toughness bodies for defense (with either granted evasion by Nimbus Naiad or natural evasion), dig deeper with Thassa's Bounty while stabilizing with Sea God's Revenge, and destroy them with Medomai, Elspeth, or Abhorrent Overlord. Mnemonic Wall lets us even re-use our many spells. In theory, we also alternatively win by accident through Thassa's Bounty with Returned Centaur putting our opponent 10 cards down on us if the game goes overly long.

I think nemesis is a 5 drop most of the time, and sometimes a 4 drop.

Blue
1x Stymied Hopes 2
1x Voyage's End 2
1x Nimbus Naiad 3
1x Coastline Chimera 4
2x Sea God's Revenge 6
1x Prescient Chimera 5
1x Griptide 4
1x Wavecrash Triton 3

Red
2x Lightning Strike 2
1x Magma Jet 2

White
1x Battlewise Valor 2
1x Dauntless Onslaught 3
1x Elspeth, Sun's Champion 6
1x Hopeful Eidolon 1
1x Leonin Snarecaster 2
1x Observant Alseid 3
1x Setessan Battle Priest 2
1x Wingsteed Rider 3

Gold
1x Medomai the Ageless

Colorless
1x Bronze Sable
1x Unknown Shores

Basic Landz
7x Island
2x Mountain
8x Plains

Ehhh, kind of a wonky-ass list since it isn't running black or green, but I really feel like it works. A decent number of creatures, and a lot of scrying and some lifegain help the control elements, and the red removal I feel like is a good splash because it can hit them in the face as well, plus you have access to Demolish and Priest of Iroas in the side if you need it. Red brings the total targeted removal/bounce in the deck up to 7 which I think is great for limited. I feel like overall it is not very exciting, but still good. This is the deck I'd run.

This is a green/black pile, no contest in the slightest:
1 Abhorrent Overlord
1 Disciple of Phenax
3 Gray Merchant of Asphodel
1 Returned Centaur
1 Lash of the Whip
2 Pharika's Cure
2 Ordeal of Erebos
1 Nemesis of Mortals
3 Sedge Scorpion
1 Sylvan Caryatid
2 Time to Feed
1 Vulpine Goliath
2 Pharika's Mender
1 Reaper of the Wilds
1 Flamecast Wheel
9 Swamp
7 Forest

I'd be sweet to splash for Elspeth, but splashing isn't the greatest idea. Take this from someone who tried it. If you do splash Elspeth tho, its for one of the Time to Feed, then cut 2 Swamp and a Forest for two Plains and the Shores, or just three plains.

I'm almost positive you don't splash for Elspeth, specifically because you don't splash for double mana symbols in a casting cost. Elspeth single handedly makes our cures way, way worse, for example.
