What do you guys think?
I am in absollute love with the phasing mechanic and this deck plays with it a lot. Not to mention the 7/7 trampling commander :)

The concept is controlling through phasing. And then Sundering the board while my lands are phased out. Then I have a 7/7 trampler (general) to pick at opponents while they recuperate. If I have Teferi's Veil out, I get my general every turn, instead of every other turn and can make short work of anyone. Mana Vortex is the much slower and much less appreciated version of Sunder.
I have lots of phasing and a decent array of boardwipes to keep opponents at bay, but me not.

Other cards that were in the deck at some point were:
Spoiler

Cards I'm hoping to add from Theros:

Aqueous Form - This would replace Cloak of Invisibility. I haven't played with the cloak yet... but I feel it could be a hinderance more than a blessing. If it turns out to be the case... Aqueous Form will quickly relieve it.
Thassa, God of the Sea - Scrying everyturn is good. Making a 7/7 general unblockable is even better. Plus... monoblue... Huge potential with Worldslayer. I'm hooked.
Master of Waves - I really don't see this as working too well. But I'll give it a shot.
Prescient Chimera - This is a lot worse in my deck than I recall (only having 8 instants / sorceries), but it's an idea if that changes.
Prognostic Sphinx - Here for scrying 3.
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx - Almost required for monocolored decks.

I think I have a casual deck with taniwha and land destruction. So yes I love this.

I used to have a land destruction deck, the good old days.
Everyone says that land destruction isn't fun, and I disagree. It's an art.

I like land bounce. Turn 2 hoodwink, turn 3 stone rain/boomerang, turn 4 temporal eddy.
