Yes because I haven't finished modifying a Japanese list that ran a low creature count of some Stormbreaths/Tmaws, Magi and big x-spells like Bonfire and Rolling Earthquake. That one probably benefits most from cumulative CoTs.

Added some neat X burn. I'm also trying out Territorial Hellkite; it only gets in every other turn, but it looks like a pretty solid dragon.
