In the original thread, I promised to make contests on different boards. Obviously, YMTC will have YMTC contests, but what about the other boards? Well, for the off topic room, I decided to make an off topic contest: one that wouldn't fit any of the other boards. And the object of this contest is to answer a riddle.

What is an English word where removing a letter from it creates another English word with more syllables than the original?

PM me your answer(s). I know of at least 1 correct answer, but there may be more, I haven't gone through the whole dictionary. Points will be awarded as follows:

4 points: PM me one word that fulfills the criteria, and the word that would be made when the letter is removed

5 points: PM me 2 words that fulfill the criteria (And you can't use variations of the same word)
