If not for indestructible creatures, I would argue that the artifact token should deal damage to the creature equal to its toughness minus 1 (as opposed to the sacrifice). Although indestructible creatures can also be used as an argument for the token dealing damage instead of causing a creature to be sacrificed.

Phoenix Cape

When enchanted creature dies, return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next upkeep. Return Phoenix Cape from its owner's graveyard to its owner's hand.

Final Rest
Enchantment
When Final Rest enters the battlefield, exile all creature cards from all graveyards. Each player gains life equal to the number of creature cards exiled from his or her graveyard this way.
If a creature would die or a creature card would be put into a player's graveyard from anywhere other than the battlefield, exile it instead and its owner gains 1 life.

  • Destroy target land damaged player controls.
  • Enchanted creature deals damage equal to its power to target creature damaged player controls.
Nothing the enemy has can be salvaged. Burn it all.
