And I'm one of the guys who participated before but not on this one. Sorry, lightning just isn't striking on this criteria right now :-(

Coveted Jewel
:t: : Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.

Dibs (At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may call "Dibs" and name this card. If a player does, the first player to touch this card gains control of it)

Despite what many people think, Goblins do have a clear concept of ownership. They just don't think it applies to anyone else.

House of Cards
(Art: A politician building a house of cards at his desk. There is a sign on his desk that says, "The Tarmogoyf stops here". In the background is a picture of Rafiq of the Many dressed as George Washington)
Instant (C)
You build a house of cards, using cards from the top of your library. If you build a house of cards three or more rows high, you may destroy up to two target Humans. If the house falls with less than three rows built, put all cards used this way into your graveyard and sacrifice a creature.

Hot Potato |
(Art: Similar to the art for Demonfire, however the shade is replaced with a chef, and the fire itself is surrounding a potato)
[Instant]
Multikicker , toss Hot Potato from one hand to the other.
If you fail to catch Hot Potato, it deals X damage to any creatures or players it lands on (Even if they are part of a different game) and may not be kicked again. Any player that catches Hot Potato gains control of it.
Catch!

Recess ½
(Art-Kid versions of iconic creatures playing on a schoolyard)
Dibs-You may say "Dibs on" up to one time during your turn, then say the name of a permanent. If you do, gain control of a permanent with that name until end of turn, untap it, and it gains haste until end of turn.

Whenever a player gains control if Contested Firearm, remove a struggle counter from it.
:t:: Contested Firearm deals 9 damage to target player. Activate this ability only if there are no struggle counters on this.

Round 11: avatar of me and that water balloon card both allow you to have creatures outside of the normal 5 colors of magic. Create a card that uses another color, either mechanically or flavorfully.

Preferred Pronoun Set: Please don't refer to me
Undetti Drone --
Creature -- Ouphe Horror
All cards that aren't on the battlefield, spells, and permanents are the colors in their artwork.
Players may only spend colored mana as though it were mana of another color.
The Undetti, who believe color is the essence of existence, spend their lives painting the world at the directive of their achromats, hoping to stave off the Grayscale.

I've had the idea for the first part for awhile now. I decided to throw on the second part to make it more

Pool of Laundry
(Art: A Reflecting Pool full of laundry, including Jace's cloak and other articles of clothing clearly belonging to Magic icons)
Land (R)
:t:: Add one mana of any color except white, blue, black, red or green to your mana pool. If that mana is a color of clothing worn by one of your opponents, it can't be countered.
Cymede: Honey, come and get your cerulean toga out of the wash!
Anax: I don't own a cerulean toga
Cymede: Yes, you do!
Anax: That's not cerulean! It's azure.

Manatini |
(Art: A martini shaker with the mana wheel on it. The wheel is blended together)
[Artifact]
: Mix the colors of the mana spent on this ability, using standard color mixing rules. Add X mana of the resultant color to your mana pool. (Assume that all colors are fully saturated)
Shaken, not stirred.

Also, not relevant to the current criteria, but appropriate for an unset:

Autograph Elemental |
(Art: A blank autograph book with arms and legs made of paper)
[Creature - Elemental]
When you cast Autograph Elemental, you may have target opponent sign it.
Autograph Elemental gets +1/+1 for each unique signature on it.
"I did it, I got Jace's autograph!"
"...Should your book be glowing like that?"

Round 12: shadows over Innistrad gave us triskaidekaphobia, make a comedic card based on some other common fear or memeish fear.
