Two shadowy figures exit the alley, moving silently toward the shop's entrance in the dead of night. One hunches down at the closed door, tools in hand. The other weaves a minor illusion, ensuring no late-night passersby happen to witness their deed. Within seconds, there is a satisfying *clunk* as the door unlocks, then slips open. The prize is theirs for the taking.
The officer and her partner dismount their griffins. Murmurs from nearby civilians gawking at the spectacle are tuned out by the same wards that cordon off the scene of the crime. It was the third break-in on Coinpurse Row in as many nights. The officer was confident it would be the last. No thief is perfect, and eventually the clues they leave behind would catch up to them.

I thought this would be a fun way to spoil some of the set I've been working on, the same kinda way they do in real Magic (Speed vs Cunning spoiling Khans of Tarkir, and Zendikar vs Eldrazi for Battle for Zendikar).
I didn't spent a ton of time working on the actual decks themselves, so there might be some questionable choices, but I tried for a basic theme and some synergy.
I'd say the set as a whole v0.1 is done. I need to do a mass wording and flavor pass, though (and development will be ongoing).
Intercept is neat- kind of a reverse ninjitsu. Warden's Badge is nifty, but the name sounds too much like an artifact. Maybe it could be a warden's sigil, or "warden's authority", or "watch duty" or somesuch.

Backalley Prowler's wording is wonky. I feel like as is I could play it any time to get the boost because a creature hasn't been blocked yet. You probably have to spell it out "if a creature you control attacked this turn and wasn't blocked."
Based on their similar setup, I'm assuming Fireheart Strike and Stunning Strike are part of a vertical cycle and would like to see the rare there.
Oops, definitely goofed on the name for Training Grounds. Like I said, a major flavor pass still needs to be done (lots of design names still in the file, like Rescue Ranger, Giant Enemy Crab, and Medulla Oblongzombie). It's currently the only common nonbasic land in the set, I was hoping 2 per activation would prevent it from being overbearing when it shows up a lot like a common does.
For "was unblocked", you're probably right that I should spell it out. I think similar text exists on more cards in the set, I'll put that on my to-do list. (Spoiler alert, there's a reason it's says unblocked and not "a creature dealt combat damage to an opponent".)
