I feel like you can't just use 'the' as the connecting word because you can use it with pretty much anything else but I can fix that thus:

Imperilled Silence
Enchantment
Whenever a player casts a spell, sacrifice Imperilled Silence. If you do, destroy all creatures.

It's pretty much disgusting and I hate it.

i was weirdly tempted to make a card called "form of the greater goblin"

less of a color pie violation than beast within, i think, but probably still a color pie violation.

Autofill
For each card type, search target opponent's library for a card and exile it.
If ~ is autofilled, that opponent reveals his or her hand, then exile each card from there, the graveyard and battlefield that shares a name with cards exiled this way.
