Why Alliances ? What common themes there are ? I looked up an article in a wiki, and a spoiler page and Alliances apparently focused on Cumullative Upkeep, cantrips (well, I have a cycle), ally colors (equal support to enemy colors in my set), and free spells. And flavor is "let's all kill an evil necromancer together" or something.

I'm glad you've made some of my suggestion, but...

Things I told you to do that you haven't:

1) Make Wildsons of Khergoth a Hydra
2) Kill the "Ship" creature type. It's not a creature type in real MtG. For example, Tradefleet Flagship would carry the creature type of the Sailors on the Ship (Human + some class), not the Ship itself
3) Kill Tradefleet Flagship in monogreen
4) Kill Archers of Dark Woods
5) Kill Divinity counters
6) Kill opponent scry
7) Redo the Incarnations (and I wasn't alone on that one)
8) Replace any instance of "The next time it would untap, it will remain tapped instead." with "It doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step"
9) Give Aspiring Chronomancer flash
10) Kill Counterintelligence Agent
11) Make Hell's Caretaker less bah-roken
12) Less "remove all damage from it instead" as a regeneration replacement, more "indestructible until end of turn"
13) Fix Conquering Horde
14) Raise the cost of Gem-Eater Dragon's activated ability to or
15) Kill Bannerless Fleet
16) Fewer "this creature becomes a target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it.", please
17) Less flash (You have 12 cards)
18) Please add a blue wall
19) In general, find cards that have 90% of the effectiveness with 30-40% of the complexity[/list]

Also, there aren't enough "square" creatures. Because of your vain attempt to try and make everything Constructed playable, you have too many 9/3s and 4/2s and 5/3s and 3/1s; not enough 2/2s and 3/3s and 4/4s.
