Critique: Seems like a miss-mash of abilities, but the criteria is responsible for that. It's a nice hoser.

The prowess ability goes a long way into making this a good deal for the tempo player. But it feels a little too powerful, since it basically turns every spell/ability into a chance to bounce an opponent's creature.

:t:: Attach target Forest you control to ~. As long as it's attached to ~, it doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.

Critique: it's a little weak and hella gimmicky. First strike isn't really a green ability. I like the flavor.

: You gain 4 life. Skip your next first main phase. You may only activate this ability during your first main phase.
: Target opponent loses 2 life. Skip your next second main phase. You may only activate this ability during your second main phase.

The wording seems very awkward. And the effects seem pretty weak considering you're skipping main phases in one or more future turns. Although, depending on what rarity it is meant to be printed at, that might be appropriate.

Groundfire Geomancer is clunky as all heck, but I have only myself to blame for even coming up with the idea.

That's definitely a card you made there, alright. Feels kinda bland, to be honest.

Critique: It's interesting. This could be green / white or red / green and maybe even red / white. All precedents are mono-white, actually, with green having a handful of similar spells that target only a single creature.

Container of the Seas
Legendary Land | OOG
Whenever an Island enters the battlefield under your control, tap it and put a flood counter of Container of the Seas.
, Remove all flood counters from Container of the Seas: Add to your mana pool for each flood counter removed this way.

I believe the current wording allows you to tap the Island for mana before the Container taps it, but the intention is to prevent this.
Something messier could be "Islands you play enter the battlefield tapped." and "Whenever an Island enters the battlefield under your control, put a flood counter on ~."
But that's wordy as hell.

Criteria: Create a legendary one drop creature. What the heck, make it a Goblin!

That just seems really underpowered. If you play it as your first land and stockpile storage counters, you'll eventually get a payoff, but it's like you turn 1 double sinkholed yourself. If you play it later, after you've played your other lands, then it doesn't do anything.

Critique: It's a bit weak. If you flip anything that doesn't have flash or isn't an instant, it'll be a dead card. I understand and quite like the interactions it has with Goblin Guide. I lick the flavor.

Natural Cleanse -
Instant | OOG
Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. If that permanent is a creature, add to your mana pool and draw a card. If that permanent is an artifact or enchantment, destroy that permanent instead and add to your mana pool.

1. If you target a creature: Pay , return creature to owner's hand, draw a card.
2. If you target an artifact or enchantment: Pay , destroy that artifact or enchantment.
3. If you target an artifact creature or enchantment creature: Pay , destroy that creature, draw a card.
4. If you target anything else: Pay , return that permanent to its owner's hand.

Criteria: Make a card that has different functions based on what you target.

It's certainly weird. For one, the modes are confusing. There are 4 modes, and they aren't explicitly stated. You listed out the outcomes of each of the modes for us, which means you thought we might not be able to figure them out, which means there's a good chance players won't be able to figure them out. For another, it feels weird to say "return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand" when in half the modes, you don't.

Warp flesh is fine. Odd, but fine. It'd be good if there was a first-strike focused deck in the same format.

So, no triggers, no madness, no effects from the graveyard...

I guess it fits the criteria. I'm not sure what the activation costs would be for the others, so I can't really judge it, but this one certainly has a lot of potential. The cycling works well because there are some times when you really don't want this sort of card in your hand.

Since it's a 4 drop and most people have all their colors by 4, it's mostly mana barbs on legs. Now there's nothing wrong with mana barbs on legs, but it should probably be red. Maybe green-red if you want to include the fixing part, but punishing people for using lands is definitely red.

You've definitely got the mechanical flavor of the Leviathan down. The white blinking twist works well and justifies the cost to P/T ratio.
