Nothing so realistic. Our FNMs are all drafts, but there are people there with spare "Modern Legal" decks to play around with between rounds. I was just counting turns to victory with, what were basically just slightly more interactive goldfish. None of them were realistically going to win against this thing. I just wanted to see how often a turn-two win would come up, and for me, it didn't come up as often as I would have hoped. Granted, my sample size was kind of small at about 10-sh games, but if you can't stick the landing in what would amount to a five-round tournament, how is this any different than any other "probably will have the game locked up by turn four" deck?
You fell victim to one of the classic blunders - The most famous of which is "never get involved in an thread with GM_Champion" - but only slightly less well-known is this: "Never go in against AzureShade when card design is on the line!"
